Fluent in French, English, and Mandarin, DS Chang started his professional career over 25 years ago working for one of the top 20 firms in France. Later he had a very successful 16 years within the IT industry, acting as a financial specialist and long-term Corporate Director. In 2013, DS Chang became the Vice-Chairman at a French financial group, a listing sponsor for NYSE-Euronext. His clients included companies from different countries across the globe. In 2016, DS Chang started his own financial services company, SGCI, with bases in Paris, London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Beijing, providing consulting services regarding issues such as lease financing, term financing, project financing, investment funds, funds management, corporate restructuring, and company reorganization.
Jean-Christophe Viguier is a professional expert with a strong track record in the management and execution of major projects including due-diligence, risk management, business planning and reporting mainly in Real Estate and IT.
Working across Europe, Asia, Russia and Africa, he managed deployment of major and complex IT platforms (>50MUSD) for major European group in hard environment (Kosovo, Afghanistan, Niger, Congo, CAR…). Completing telecom engineer and master diplomas in 1996, he started to work for French government before joining a major French group leader in terrestrial satellite platforms. He has continuing in a major telecom operator driving operation everywhere in the world. He was in charge of the technical department in it. JC Viguier has excellent communication skills in multicultural environment following his large and long time worldwide experience.
He was also a leader in IT and telecommunications engineering and the manager of a major Luxembourg fund.
Floriane Chang has an exemplary record of academic achievement, having completed her Master’s Degree in International Financial Law at King’s College London with distinction; holding a further one in Business Law from Panthéon-Assas University in Paris. Across her work experiences spanning multiple countries, she has had a multi faceted exposure to the legal sector. Working with Dentons in Taiwan in their Foreign Investment practice she dealt with supporting partners and associates on green energy projects. In Beijing she assisted the Intellectual Property practice in Jingsh Law Firm on the conduct and investigation of big ticket patents filing claims.
Driven by a passion and appreciation for high art, she also co-founded the Art Club Journal at her school dedicated to providing students with a platform for art insight and general commentary on relevant issues in the industry.
Having grown up with a global mindset and multicultural background, she has lived across three countries. Trilingual, she speaks French, English and Chinese.
Jean Ruffin has developed a wealth of experience and expertise across his dealings in the art market, having massive success in the events organisation, art media and public relations space. For 11 years he oversaw the Beaux Arts Magazine based in Paris where he developed key partnerships with art professionals, museum directors and antique dealers. His endeavours also saw him found a small gallery that acted as a display space for artists seeking to present their vision and act as a consultant for La Biennale Paris managing relations between art dealers and collectors. Jean’s innovative success warranted the magazine, ART + AUCTION to hire him to develop their publication and footprint in France. Notably, he also founded L’Agence de l’Art, a communication and public relations agency committed to the highest standards of client representation.
Having had a multi-jurisdictional exposure across the United States and Europe, Romain has vast expertise across market finance matters related to asset management, equity and debt raising, real estate acquisition and project logistics/development. Completing two masters at San Diego State and the BI Norwegian School of Management, he has built his career providing strategic advice to corporates, private – equity houses and financial institutions. He initially started at WISE working across corporate bond origination matters – notably conducting high yield transaction executions and financial modelling analysis in ECM & DCM. At Marechal & Associates he further developed his skillset as a merchant banker advising on buy/sell side transactions managing a team of analysts focused on sectors such as Oil & Gas, Maritime and Agri; performing valuation analysis on discounted cash flow, dilution/relution mergers and leveraged buy-out models. Across the last decade he has built core leadership experience and expertise in the real estate sector having served as a Managing Director at Advenis and Founder & Executive at BP – IM Paris. Working across projects in France, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Central & Western Africa he has provided advisory management services related to estate acquisition, IPOs, funds listing and tailored investment vehicle creation. Some of his highlights include the sale of €52M of distressed assets, logistic sales of €80M and €250M of buy/sell mandates completed since mid 2016. He has experience in the securitization of real estate portfolios including refinancing, promotion and shareholder exits. His key priority is endeavouring to provide clients a value-added service for long term strategies driven to maximise profits on any type of asset.
Amin Sardar is a highly experienced business development specialist with over 10 years of experience in establishing a record of success in growing business clientele, product development, brand management, and surpassing sales and revenue targets. Mr. Sadar has a proven track record of maximizing sales through establishing strong customer relationships with an average annual turnover sale of £12MM. Mr. Sadar is very adept at identifying client requirements, devising client-specific polices, formulating marketing and communication plans, and driving communication efforts to maximize client investment decisions.
Nancy He is a Singaporean and graduated from Fudan University in Shanghai in Chinese classical literature. She continued her studies in Singapore and obtained a degree in marketing and communication from Thames by delegation from the University of Oxford. She arrived in France in 2001 and in 2006, she began her career in the world of contemporary art, runs a bilingual digital magazine “Artvision” in association where she is responsible for publishing interviews with contemporary Chinese artists. At the same time, she started to study history of art at the Ecole du Louvre. Nancy He has been a columnist for 《網易藝術》。 《網易》(Net-Ease) is the largest Chinese online magazine. She is also the artistic correspondent in Paris of a Chinese-language international television station based in New York where she hosts a program « Art from Paris ».
Stephanie started her career as a Manager at Jernigan Wicker Fine Arts where she oversaw the organization of exhibitions and promotion o art works. She, then, worked as a Director of La Petite Galerie in Paris where she designed and created a virtual gallery, linked to major online art sponsors such as New York, MOMA and the Guggenheim Museum. She handled the promotion and sale of emerging and established artists such as Jesus Soto. She further handled Public Relations for Stephen Wirtz Gallery where she was responsible of writing press releases and facilitate ongoing dialogue with national and local critics. She was also responsible for sales to private collectors developing an extensive base of local/international clients.
Stephanie was then appointed as a Sales Associate at J.J Brookings Gallery where she managed the design and implementation of marketing strategies to expand client their base and responsible for the sales to private collectors, public institutions and art consultants. Notably, she was appointed as Manager of Michele Chomette Gallery in Paris where she organised over ten monographic or collective exhibitions annually. She also promoted the careers of gallery artists through international art fairs and business trips (AIPAD, Paris Photo, Works on Paper) and was an expert appraiser of photographs for Dora Maar’s photography auction at Drouot.
